Please note before booking:

• Children under 6 years 10 €/day.
• Children and teenagers (6-16) 15 €/day in addition with a minimum occupancy of 2 adults.
• Prices for adults are valid from 17 years.
• Animals on request.
• Minimum stay of 7 nights for each main season.
• Extra charge for additional occupancy 20 €/day (i.e. for persons exceeding the normal occupancy)
• All prices include bed linen, towels, electricity
• Final cleaning 120 €.

The tourist tax is calculated separately.
Tourist tax for adults: € 3,10 p. day, children from 6-16 years: € 1,55 p. day, children under 6 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

Washing machines and dryers can be used by tenants of the house for a fee.
Wood for tiled stove (dining room) and fireplace (living room) included.

No charge: With your guest card you can take the bus free of charge in the 5 Berchtesgadener Gemeinden!
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment out of consideration for our guests.

The following cancellation fees will be charged:

• Up to 30 days before departure 0%
• From 29th day to 15th day 75%
• From the 14th day until 2 days before arrival 90 %
• In case of no-show or early departure 100%.

We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival from 16 hrs - departure by 10 hrs at the latest.

Unfortunately we cannot allow the accommodation of persons not registered for the holiday apartment.
The rented apartment cannot be given to third parties without consulting the landlords.
