Please note before booking for the Apartment Center:

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 adults, 1 infant and 2 children
  • Children under 6 years 10 €.
  • Children and teenagers (6-16) 15 € each additionally with a minimum occupancy of 2 adults.
  • Prices for adults are valid from 17 years.
  • Minimum stay of 7 nights for each season.
  • Final cleaning in IRS-booking included, otherwise final cleaning once 120 €.
  • Surcharge for additional occupancy 20 € (i.e. for persons exceeding the normal occupancy)
  • All prices include bed linen, towels, electricity.
  • The Visitor's tax is calculated separately.
    Visitor's tax for adults: 3,10 € p. day, children from 6-16 years: 1,55 € p. day, children under 6 years are exempt from visitor's tax.

 

In order to offer you the best possible comfort, we provide the following equipment already in the house for you:

Bedding, blankets
Hand and bath towels, toilet paper
Hair dryer in every bathroom
Complete kitchen equipment including
- dishes, pots, pans...
- Cutlery, all kitchen utensils
- dishtowels, detergent, dishwasher tabs
- pepper, salt, various spices
- Nespresso machine for capsules
- Coffee machine with filter bag, water boiler
- Family games, high chair- Wood for tiled stove (dining room) and fireplace (living room) included.

  • Minimum occupancy of 1 adult.
  • Prices for adults are valid from 17 years.

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment out of consideration for our guests.

 

 

General information:

Tourist tax is charged separately:
For adults: €3.10 p. day, children aged 7-16: €1.55 p. day,
Children under 6 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.

The following cancellation fees will be charged:

  • Up to 30 days before departure 0%.
  • From 29th day to 15th day 75%
  • From the 14th day until 2 days before arrival 90 %
  • We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival from 4 pm - departure by 10 am at the latest.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow the accommodation of persons not registered for the apartment.
The rented apartment cannot be passed on to third parties without consultation with the landlords.
There is only one free parking space available.
